P2ZE-FLASH is a LIQUID FLASHING AND JOINT FILLER.  Path 2 Zero energy P2ZE-FLASH is a unique one part, fast curing, non-sag elastomeric STP (silyl-terminated Polymer) gun grade, trowelable liquid flashing and joint sealant specially formulated for indoor or outdoor air  and water barrier applications.  VOC <18g/l.   APPLICABLE STANDARDS:  Path 2 Zero energy P2ZE-FLASH meets or exceeds the requirements of the following industry specification:  TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class B and ASTM C-920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 12.5. DIRECTIONS FOR USE:  Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of all foreign matter such as oil, grease, wax, bitumen, curing compounds, form-release agents or other coatings.  When used as a flashing apply in uniform film thickness of 20 wet mils.  Path 2 Zero Energy P2ZE-FLASH is tack-free in 30 minutes at 70F / 50% RH. Higher temperature and humidity will decrease tack free times, while lower temperature and humidity will extend tack free times.   If application temperatures drop below 20° F or exceed 95° F consult PassiveHouse Provisions technical service. Inspect for pinholes, voids or gaps in the membrane and repair as needed. Allow product to cure and dry. These times will vary depending on temperature, substrate, and humidity.  At 70°F and 50% humidity Path 2 Zero Energy FLASH should be dry to touch in 1 hour. When used as a joint sealing, maintain a width to depth ration of 2:1.  For joints greater than 1” wide, consult technical service.
